Bike riders are competing for a cause
Along with motivating tunes blasting from speakers and a breeze blowing across the crowded room from electrical fans, friendly competition helped keep participants pedaling toward a good cause Saturday during the 10th annual Great American Stationary Bike Race at Medcenter One's Women's Health
