YOU SHOULD KNOW, JOHN SHEETS JR.: His sights are set on a bright future
John Sheets Jr. is changing the way people see the world. Sheets, 53, holds a number of U.S. patents for ophthalmic devices and drugs, and, in his most recent position, was the worldwide vice president of research and development and chief technology officer for Ethicon Inc. The University of Florida recognized him with its "2007 College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Outstanding Alumni" award
