Quadriplegic loses battle over mountain buggy rego
A Victorian quadriplegic has lost his discrimination battle over the use of an unregistered mountain buggy. Sean Corcoran from Mt Martha went to the Frankston Magistrates Court to fight a charge of driving an unregistered motor
