Cycling Notebook: Bike company wants more riders to feel breeze
Joe Breeze didn't set out to make the best bikes in the world, just ones that people could actually ride. Breeze founded SimpliCity Cycle Company in Sausalito, Calif., in 2002 with a goal of providing a way for people to get to the places they needed to go.
