West End: Forks man charged with stealing missionary's bike
FORKS -- A Forks man was charged Tuesday with second-degree theft for stealing a bicycle belonging to a Mormon missionary. Jeffrey Scott Winney, 38, had allegedly lent the bike to another man, who was spotted Monday by a Forks Police Department
