Starting from scratch, again
Briggs' return bumps Williams to backup role, but he knows it's best for the team Bears second-year player Jamar Williams was all smiles as he pedaled a mountain bike outside the team dormitory Thursday. Once training camp practice starts Friday, he will be back on training wheels all over again.
