Body Found in Winooski River
The body of a man was pulled from the Winooski River late Sunday, and now police say he was a wanted man. The body of 23 year-old Cole Patchen was found near Green Mountain Drive in Montpelier. Police say the body was first seen - floating face down - by a jogger on the bike
