Teenager killed after birthday bike crashes

Grants for education only
I recently read a letter to the editor in the Lock Haven Express from a reader in Montoursville concerning the mountain bike as part of the curriculum of the Jersey Shore School District. I have to totally agree with him that grant money should be used for educational
