On April 4, cyclist Sue Palmer-Komar, who recently returned home to Hamilton from the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, Australia, spoke to students at Janet Lee School about her career, cycling and Canadian Cycling Association's Sprockids, which has been involving young people in the sport of mountain biking since 1990.
