Lake Elmo Park Reserve may get spruced up
A popular Washington County park reserve may be in line for new amenities. The Washington County Board on Tuesday approved an updated master plan for the Lake Elmo Park Reserve that includes new features such as a mountain biking trail, a lighted trail for night cross-country skiing, and a nature interpretive center.
