Sheriff: Bike thefts on the rise in Aptos, Live Oak
LIVE OAK -- About three-dozen bikes and bike frames hang from racks in the corner of a Sheriff's Office warehouse where recovered stolen property and evidence is stored. Some are generic black mountain bikes, but among the recovered items are Specialized frames and two dual-suspension Trek mountain
