Lamont O'Neill Jones, 18, of Vineland Avenue, Rosenhayn, was charged with robbery and simple assault after a victim told police he had robbed him of his 24-inch men's blue mountain bike at Third and Pine streets on Monday. Jones was taken to the county jail in lieu of $25,000
