OCEANSIDE ---- It was a simple vision: One continuous bike trail that runs through the heart of North County from Oceanside to Escondido next to the new Sprinter rail line. But because of challenging terrain, environmental concerns and an already tight budget, it looks like the trail will stop just inside the Oceanside city
