Slipknot guitarist Jim Root is missing the band's Final Volume tour after breaking his wrist in a mountain biking accident the day before the tour's kickoff in Cincinnati on October 14. He'll be in a cast for at least six weeks and it's unknown if he'll be able to join the band on any of the dates, according to MTV.com .
