Fall mountain biking - perfect time for low-key inexpensive family fun
I spent a perfect summer traveling the southwest of my dreams with three of my seven kids in tow for a month. We went to our ancestral home in New Mexico, the Picuris Pueblo and ran an art and creative writing camp for ten days. Afterwards I dragged the kids to every magical sacred site I could think of in the Santa Fe area including Chimayo and Chaco Canyon. We visited the secluded Mimbres
